Eric Richter joined the Bank of Colorado Mortgage team with the objective of Helping Customers Meet Their Financial Goals. Whether you are a first-time home buyer, looking to trade up, deciding to downsize, or simply wishing for a change, Eric will guide you on how to get started with the pre-qualification process.
Eric will sit down with you and review your budget, income, and savings, helping you get a clear picture of what type and amount of loan aligns with your goals. Prior to joining Bank of Colorado Mortgage, Eric spent 16+ years in the banking and financial services industry working at Wells Fargo and most recently JP Morgan Chase. Eric has held several titles in his banking career including District and Market Manager roles before joining the Bank of Colorado Mortgage team.
Originally from Nebraska, Eric attended the University of Nebraska at Kearney where he earned his degree in Business/Finance. A husband and father of 3, Eric spends most of his time away from work with his kids and wife Jamie. Eric is an avid Nebraska football fan.
