Job Description

GENERAL SUMMARY:
This position will interact with employees throughout the organization to develop, recommend, and streamline existing work processes.

Jobsite located in Gretna, Nebraska. 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
  1. Creates new and improves existing reports for management as requested.
  2. Analyze and interpret data.
  3. Completes updates and maintenance to existing workflow processes. 
  4. Assists with data conversions as required.
  5. Maintains documented standards for developed products and report generation.
  6. Provides telephone and e-mail support of questions and situations as posed by employees.
  7. Regular and reliable attendance.
  8. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
 
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
  • Knowledge of SSIS and SSRS.
  • Knowledge of workflow processes and RPA products.
  • Knowledge of Snowflake preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, managers and other employees.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities without constant supervision. 
 
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Computer Science or Business/Information Systems degree preferred or equivalent work experience on technical development projects
  • Basic knowledge of bank operations and banking software
  • Experience with SQL preferred
