Jack Llewellyn
Business Development Officer
Jack Llewellyn is a Colorado native who grew up in Arvada and has called Durango home for more than 40 years. After attending Fort Lewis College, he built a career focused on helping businesses and organizations grow, starting in radio and television media sales and management.
He later returned to Fort Lewis College as Director of Athletic Development, leading fundraising efforts before becoming CEO of the Durango Chamber of Commerce in 2007. Over his 17-year tenure, Jack guided the Chamber through economic challenges, led the development of a new facility, and helped grow membership to more than 800 businesses, strengthening its role as a hub for connection and resources in the community.
Known for building strong relationships and connecting people, Jack is passionate about helping individuals and businesses reach their goals. He brings a collaborative approach to problem-solving, focused on finding the right solutions and opportunities for those he serves.
Outside of work, Jack enjoys time with family and friends, hosting his local radio show Durango Digs, and taking in all that the Durango community and outdoors have to offer.
