Jay grew up on the South Side of Chicago. He graduated from the University of Illinois in 1990. He obtained his MBA in International Management from the Monterey Institute of International Studies. Jay has 30+ years in banking, having worked in San Francisco, Chicago and Los Angeles, before moving to Colorado Springs in 2006. Areas of expertise include non-profit entities and healthcare. He is currently a Springs Rescue Mission mentor, and model ship building has become his favorite pastime.
