Tim Edgar is a 40+-year resident of Northeastern Colorado and loves the rural lifestyle. He and wife Sara of 23 years keep very active in the plains. He has been involved in community/economic development for many years and entered the financial services industry professionally four years ago. One of his specific focuses has been the keepsake of rural entrepreneurship by helping small businesses start and thrive. His focus is shedding light in the area of finance through education and goal planning/monitoring. When an entrepreneur, farmer, or rancher experience a business transition; a family dynamic (and size) changes; or an employee scales back at the office, it’s time to re-evaluate the financial plans. Tim loves hearing your story and identifying with your goals-both long-term and more immediate. Tim will customize and implement your financial plan, ensuring it develops with you-regardless of which life stage you find yourself in. Well-established plans need local, ongoing review to accommodate life’s’ unplanned changes and interruption. Tim is a member of the Sterling Lions Club and is heavily involved in a youth outreach and at his church. He loves airplanes and has accumulated about 450 flight hours. In 2015, Tim obtained the Certified in Long-Term Care (CLTC) professional designation. In 2016, he completed the Series 7 licensing exam. In 2017 he completed the Series 65 licensing exam.
