Vulnerability Management II

Job Description

GENERAL SUMMARY:
This position provides support in the area of Vulnerability Management Services for Pinnacle Support Center and its affiliated banks.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
  1. Provides high-level support for vulnerability management across all environments on the Pinnacle network.
  2. Provides direct day-to-day support of vulnerability management to all employees.
  3. Tasked with the development, documentation, implementation, and maintenance of vulnerability management tools and processes in the Datacenter and Branches.
  4. Investigates, recommends, and implements best practices playbooks for remediation, and processes for the vulnerabilities and the servers/workstations they affect.
  5. Works with the Vulnerability Manager and the Information Security Department to address issues and vulnerabilities related to Pinnacle assets.
  6. Performs other duties as assigned by management.
  7. Regular and reliable attendance.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
  • Knowledge of vulnerability management and banking operations.
  • Knowledge of computers and servers.
  • Knowledge of routers, switches, and other programs.
  • Skills in problem solving and decision-making.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with management, customers, and coworkers.
  • Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
     
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Prefer 2-3 years of work experience in Vulnerability Management.

Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negotiable amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry or otherwise move objects.  Job involves sitting, walking and standing.
